Hyundai 5 year warranty Joke

 Before you consider buying ANY Hyundai product, please read about my experience!
I have just taken my car into Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth to have it checked as the clutch had FAILED. The car has covered 18,000 miles, is in daily gentle use and has NEVER shown the slightest sign of clutch wear whatsoever, no slipping clutch, no change in clutch pedal travel, no baulking gear changes, nothing. The car has FHSH and had just been into Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth, for a full service not 6 weeks and less than 1000 miles before and there was no mention of clutch ...

Proton wira data needed

 Hi, i am the owner of a proton wira 1.5  lxi  e3 and have no tech data. Cannot find an owners handbook anywhere. Does anyone know how I can get one. The car is an 02  reg but Haynes only do up to 97. Can anybody help ! At the mo I need to know toe in/out figures quite urgently. Cheers.

Comfortable Car For Tall People?

My partner used to have the VW Golf 1.9 mark 5, TDI, 3 dr,which he loved for its leg room and comfortable seats.

He has just bought the VW 1.6 TDi match, 5dr and finds the seats really uncomfortable as the slumbers rap round alot more, so the seat seems alot smaller.

He wants to change it, can anyone suggest a suitable alternative?

He doesn't want a big car.

spare wheel for new fiesta

hy

can anyone help me just bought a ford fiesta 1.4 tdci titanium,and the spare wheel is missing,according car showroom .you dont get spare wheels now with cars,found that out after had flat last week ,so have to get one,as dont think i can use a motorway till i get one,question is what others cars would have the same size of tyres and wheels so i can go car breakers  to buy ,think its a 16 inch alloy thats on it just now,but as its just for spare a steel one would do

Only the naive would believe any of the mpg figures, not least those which are obtained under official test conditions and are unlikely to be replicated in real road use.  Even so, claims are made by manufacturers, and given the highly litigious culture of the USA,  it could only be a matter of time before someone posted a claim against a manufacturer for making claims that are difficult or impossible to realize on the highway.  

At best, 'official' figures are only useful for comparison, since all cars are, presumably, tested ...
