Sorry, did not realize Codpiece was already applied. How about Codpenis then?
... whereas I hadn't realised that there was more than one page of comments and that the word had already been used

As an object lesson in quality shilling (is that a verb?) I really think we should draw the fishmonger's attention to the work of HyundaiSmoke. Two years ago, I found this quote rather silly, but time is proving him not so demented : "livc44411, you have a Scirocco in that pic. So, you mean to tell me, you would take a POS World quality standard lagging VW Over a Hyundai, OVER A HYUNDAI?!!! Are you kidding me? Sure they have great interiors, but Hyundai can do a similar with better build quality to boot." Although this is him (?) at his most strident, note that he makes no personal insults to livc44411, just tries to put the poor demented soul on the right track. Alas, the self-styled "proudly controversial Independent Korean Small Car Activist" no longer visits these pages, unless using an alias (KiaPuff?). I guess he looks at Hyundai's sales figures and realises that his work is done.
marthastewart.com has a recipe for Cod pizza. The cod is roasted and then "spiked with chorizo tomatoes and muchrooms". Now that's an interesting piece of cod!
One wonders if Codpiece really means what he is Whiting, or is he just doing it for the Halibut?

'Chorizo tomatoes'? Only in America...
Excuse me, I hope my typing is OK today, but I left my glasses in the other room. I thought a bit more about this guy, so looked him up on Google. Apparently he’s quite important. Here are just some of the things people say :
Cod is in the details. (he does like those)
Cod is by my side. (oh, that was a shock)
If Cod did not exist it would be necessary to invent him. (could he be Tim Pollard?)
Cod is dead.
Surely not? Oh this is better.
Cod isn’t dead - just sleeping (what time is it in America AReader?)

I somehow doubt he is actually a real cod, in the same way as I harbour suspicions that Richard Hammond isn't a real hamster - although in both instances, I would prefer it was so.
Although if he is in fact a genuine cod, he is, according to the European Commission, seriously endangered. Ergo; should be protected and nurtured. Having said that though, the fact that he is hanging around with chips suggests an unhealthy flirtation with both saturated fats and the concept of the infinite. Perhaps he just has a liking for batter.
seant, I too have been casting about (nice pun eh...) and have discovered he's been immortalised by the inimitable Tom Waits; "...Don't you know there 'aint no devil, just cod when he's drunk"
This could explain quite a lot...
Seant, if someone worships Cod, are they an Anglican?
(in case anyone did not get it, that was a pun on angler)
Holy Mackerel, we're having a whale of a time on this thread.
