Sam is quite right. I am certainly not going for good just merely retiring back for the interim. I will be here often it is just that I don't have the interest to really contribute much anymore. I'm more interested in the business and engineering side of the industry, of what cars mean to people rather than the cars themselves. I don't really care who designed what car anymore or whether it handles well at 120 kph and accelerates to 200 in 23 seconds. I am interested in the technical, moral and emotional features and that isn't of interest to anyone in this forum. That of course is perfectly OK and I am very pleased that people are very interested in these things and I enjoy reading about them I don't have anything to offer on the subjects. I mentioned leaving because I have always felt the need to respond to the conversations in the forum if I am online; silly I know but it seemed rude not to.
