Nice and simple cover. Nobody else does these now? Graphically modern magazines are shouting at the customer. I don´t think the customer even sees the visual noise. Therefore, losing the noise would be a sales advantage. Or do customers insist on exclamation marks and busy graphics? I doubt it.

The early eighties were THE golden age for me being an 11 yr old at the time. I poured over this issue and i still dont think ive seen a more beautiful car more beautifully photographed. The writers of that period are legendary of course with LJK Setright being up there with the incomparable Dennis Jenkinson. Great memories.
