Daihatsu Mud Master-C concept (2007): first official pictures

Rated 2 out of 52

Guy Bird, 25 October 2007 04:02

Surely the best concept name of the show? Possibly. Although it sounds like an early 80s rap MC with dirty habits, this concept is actually designed to showcase a possible all-terrain vehicle able to transport keen mountain bikers to extreme locations – as well as providing shelter to fix their rides under its twin gull-wing doors with built-in LED lamps. ...

Daihatsu OFC-1 and HSC concepts

Rated 0 out of 50

Ben Pulman, 11 September 2007 10:51

Jack Rix, 11 June 2007 11:03

Daihatsu Materia: the lowdown At last, a Daihatsu with at least some street-cred! This is the new Materia mini-MPV, due to go on sale in July. Rated 2.5 out of 52.5

Tim Pollard, 14 March 2007 09:08

The Daihatsu Copen - a Suzuki Cappuccino for the 21st century? Britain's cheapest roadster has been given a massive engine boost, after Daihatsu chopped the 660cc engine in the Copen for a 1.3 twin-cam. The Copen was conceived under Japan's K-car rules for short micro cars with engines under 0.7 litres, and its right-hand drive status meant it was imported ...

Daihatsu's funky Cube rival on the way

Rated 2 out of 52

Ben Whitworth, 29 September 2006 08:01

Daihatsu is on the verge of giving its boxy Materia supermini – which made its European debut in Paris - the green light for UK imports. If given the green light the spacious five-seater, which is already on sale in Japan, would arrive here next spring as a stand-alone topend model. The Materia is very similar to Nissan's does-it-exactly-what-it-says-on-the-tin Cube, ...
