CAR+ Access Terms and Conditions: subscription terms
These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") (together with the documents referred to in it) govern your use of CAR+ Access (the “Service”) offered by Bauer Consumer Media Limited (“we”, “us” and/or “our”). Please read these Subscription Terms carefully before you start to use the Service. By using our Service, you indicate that you accept these Subscription Terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Subscription Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

which forms part of these Subscription Terms, each of which may be amended from time to time and are incorporated herein by this reference. If there is any inconsistency between the Subscription Terms and any of the terms set out above, these Subscription Terms will prevail.
1. Changes to the Service and Subscription Terms
The content and features included within the Service and range of payment options may change in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify the price of the Service for new or renewed subscriptions, but already purchased subscriptions will not be affected. We are not responsible for any error in content accessed through the Service.
Additionally, we reserve the right to make changes, modifications, amendments and/or updates to these Subscription Terms from time to time by posting such changes in this document, which you can access at any time by visiting www.carmagazine.co.uk.
2) Fees and Payment
You can find the current subscription fees and other charges for the Service (the “Fees”) posted on the Site pages where the Service is located. You agree to pay all subscription Fees and other Fees (including any applicable taxes) incurred in connection with your access to the Service, at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. The Fees are not inclusive of telephone line, data or other communications or access costs. All our prices are inclusive of VAT at the rates in force from time to time.
We may change the Fees upon prior notice to you either by e-mail or publishing the changes on the Site pages where the Service is located. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible for reviewing the Service’s schedule of Fees from time to time and you further agree that changes shall be effective when posted on the Site pages where the Service is located. By using a credit or debit card for purchase of the Service, you authorise us to charge the Fees to your chosen card. You are responsible for ensuring that you have and maintain all the connection(s), software and hardware necessary to access and receive the Service and access content provided through the Service including, without limitation, data or connectivity charges.
3) Cancellations, Subscription and Billing
Annual Subscription Your annual subscription will automatically renew.
Monthly Subscription Your subscription begins when you purchase, with monthly billing during each month of the year. Your subscription will automatically renew each month, unless you cancel your monthly subscription in accordance with the applicable instructions.

Cancellation must be made no less than 5 working days prior to the end of the month (depending on whether you are paying monthly or annually respectively) for which you have paid. If you cancel prior to this 5 working day period access to the Services will be terminated at the end of the relevant period. If you cancel during this 5 working day period you will be charged for the following month or relevant period and access to the Service will terminate on expiry of that following month.
4) Registration and Information
In order to subscribe to the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and you may be required to provide complete and accurate personal information, including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment card information and billing address and you agree that any information you provide us will be true, accurate, current and complete and that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up to date.
5) The Service
The Service and all content provided through the Service is provided on an "as is" basis and from time to time we will need to close the website to carry out upgrades or maintenance. We will endeavour to schedule such downtime so as to minimise disruption to the Service.
We will use reasonable care and skill in making the Service available. Apart from this we make no representation or warranty (and exclude all warranties and conditions otherwise implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law). This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
6) Use of the Service
Unless otherwise stated, the content of provided through the Service (including without limitation, software, graphics, text, images, designs, compilations, databases, targeting information, and the trademarks, logos, domain names, trade names, service marks, trade identities, any and all copyright material (including source and object code), and all other materials related to our site) (the "Content") is protected by applicable copyrights, trademark rights, database rights and other proprietary rights. Bauer (and/or our licensors) owns the Content. Nothing in these Subscription Terms grants you a right or licence to use the Content except as expressly provided in these Subscription Terms.
Subject to strict compliance with these Subscription Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non- exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, non-assignable and non-transferrable licence to use our site and to view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from our site for your own personal use.
7) Suspension/Termination of access to the Service
We may terminate this agreement or suspend your access to the Service with immediate effect and by written notice at any time if you commit a material breach of these terms and conditions
In addition, we may terminate this agreement on one calendar month's notice given in writing. If we terminate the agreement through no fault of yours, you will receive a refund of the amount you pre- paid for the Service less an amount proportionate to the number of days for which you have had access to the Service.
