Following yesterday’s amusing diversion with the Nissan GT-R GT500 on-board video, and in celebration of our CAR+ first drive of the rear-wheel drive Lamborghini Huracan, here’s a new ‘battledrift’ video of the world’s only Lamborghini drift car taking on a similarly unstandard Ford Mustang.

The perfect storm: rear-wheel drive Lamborghini Huracan LP580-2 driven – read now on CAR+

Not a great deal more to say except WATCH NOW. But if you really need to know, the Lambo is a Murcielago converted to rear-wheel drive by Liberty Walk and Phat Five racing, and driven by Daigo Saito. It still has the original 650bhp V12 in it. The Mustang is campaigned by Vaughn Gittin Jr, and powered by a 550bhp 5.0-litre Ford Racing V8.

Fun times, and some fancy camera work. Enjoy.
