Super Bowl 2013: the best of the car ads

Audi, Mercedes and Volkswagen did battle in a $300-million blowout overnight, as the car industry unleashed its hottest, latest advertisements during Super Bowl XLVII.
Mercedes ramped up the campaign for its new CLA baby coupe (based on the A-class), and Audi plugged the new S6. Scroll down to watch our round-up of the ads.
A thirty-second slot for Super Bowl XLVII costs advertisers a cool $3.8m (£2.4m). These slots are claimed to be the most-watched seconds of live television, with an estimated audience of 110m viewers in the US alone.
