‘Ooh, this is comfortable,’ she immediately remarked; high praise indeed from one used to sitting out 300 miles at a stretch and remaining ready for more than just a quick cup of tea and a nice lie down.
Such a pity, then, that such carefully crafted comfort is so painfully marred by a consistent centre-console box lid ‘clonk’ that requires gearchange elbow re-education.
