In the current November 2010 issue CAR has taken Jaguar’s glorious XJ limousine to Iceland – it’s a worthy test of the £74,900 long-wheelbase 5.0-litre V8 Portfolio model.

Jaguar’s new XJ isn’t a luxury car that isolates you from your environment, but a sports saloon that really involves the driver. Your average S-class owner won’t like, but we love it.

Below you can see the video from CAR’s time in Iceland. It’s not just a quick review of the Jaguar XJ, but a travelogue, an in-depth look at this brilliant British limo as CAR editor Phil McNamara and Golf World editor Chris Jones explore Iceland and, because there’s 24 hours of daylight, indulge in a spot of midnight golf. Just how bad is the editor’s swing?
